I own a business that operates on multiple fronts. Our core business is Commercial and Residential Construction. We also build custom design-build homes, and we have recently moved into the building supply reselling space.
I am looking for someone to create a flexible and extendable website. Key features: 1. Basic landing website that will be used for branding and marketing 2. My company has many projects, each project should have a home on the site where the client can access a portal that allows them to securely access project information, send messages to my team in a manner that is saved and accessible to employees assigned to the project. Clients should be able to make product selections from predefined lists, view construction schedules, and access to photos of projects.
3. Current ERP is Quickbooks Desktop Enterprise. I am open to switch providers if necessary, but I have a couple years of data stored in Quickbooks at this time. I don't know if this is possible, but i would like to be able to have real time access to data and reporting from Quickbooks on my website.
4. This should have come before #3, but I want an employee portal that is used for task assignments, communications, access to financial and project data (users will have access to data that they need, possibly they have access to high level data that is pertinent to their role). That part is tbd.
5. Finally, I want to have an e-commerce section where I can sell my products online. I want people to be able to place orders and access product catalogs. budget:5000USD Noble, United States
